Imagine, you have gone through a divorce, have a low paying job, small children and only a high school diploma.  You desire a higher education, but have limited resources to do anything outside of your living expenses.  With little support, money, or time; you decide to forgo your education and focus on your children's success instead.

This is the background story of Marlene Grady which fueled the formation of Women Identity Purpose; an organization founded for women who dream big and fight hard! 

You don't have to be a single mother to benefit from our organization, you just need to be a working woman who needs just a little extra to fulfill your dreams.   Learn more. 

Our main goal is to provide financial awards to assist struggling working women in overcoming obstacles which stiffle career advancement. 

Each Year, we have assisted at least 100 women and given away up to $1500 in awards.

However, we couldn't do it without the contributions of others who have compassion in empowering families!  Every time we assist a woman; we positively impact her family, her community and others that she touches!

Passionate volunteers are integral to helping these women.
