Wall of Winners - Women who Dream Big...Fight Hard!

   TONYA BRADEN

Tonya Braden, a proud mother of two children, has always sacrificed her time and energy to help them be successful.  Now, with one child in high school and one in college, she can focus on her dreams.  Tonya was selected as a winner for the M. Grady Award because of her passion to help other women consider and pursue careers in technology.

 

Our award will be used to assist with the current expenses incurred by her pursuit of a a Technology Design and Development Certificate Master degree program at the University of Memphis. This degree will help expand the skills needed to better produce her new podcast program to share information aligned with her passion.

 

Tonya is a W.I.P woman..One who Lives to Make a Difference!  She is our 2019 M. Grady Award Winner (Formerly the Grady McKnight Award)

 

 

BRANDIS WOODS

Brandis Woods

Brandis Woods, a native of Memphis Tennessee, is currently a Sales Professional at a Fortune 500 company in Dallas, TX.  

 

She was selected as one of our award winners because of her tenacity to reach her goals and make an impact; despite her challenges as a single mother while in college at the University of TN, Knoxville.   Brandis was on a full scholarship at the university, but needed our assistance with her off campus expenses that are not covered by the university.

 

Brandis is a W.I.P. woman...One who Lives to Makes a Difference!  She was one of our 2015 Award Winners.

 

 

JOYCE KYLES

Joyce Kyles, is currently an author, a small business owner and a Executive Director of a non profit agency in New Orleans, LA.  

 

As a survivor of domestic abuse, she empowers other women who have been abused tangible and educational resources to help them become financially independent. Our award assisted with the purchase of  technology for her small business.

 

Joyce is a W.I.P woman, one who Lives to Make a Difference!  She was one of our 2015 Award winners!
